From the very first call with Michelle and all of the communication with Jamie, Elementals were very professional and knowledgeable. I accepted their quote on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024. My existing boiler was leaking so Jamie pulled out all the stop so and arranged for the boiler to be installed on Monday, 5th February. The Engineer Calum arrived, as promised, at 8am. He carried out an extremely good job, he was friendly, considerate and left everything extremely tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody requiring a heating solution.
